I'm Engaged! What?!

Sorry bossman, please excuse me while I'm over here swooning over my gorgeous ring and not getting anything done. Whatevs.

So this weekend, J.T. popped the question with the help of my very best friends and fellow ramblers, Callie and Kenzie. To be completely honest, I had a feeling it was coming eventually and may or may not have come up with all of these different scenarios but this topped all of them. Callie works for this cute little B&B/Venue in Montgomery and "needed" extra help preparing appetizers for a "rehearsal dinner" on Friday. Naturally, she asked me if I'd be interested in helping and since I've never been one to turn down an opportunity to make extra money I said of course. When I finished working out, I ran home and changed my clothes (THANK GOD) before heading to Montgomery. When I arrived there were literally no cars parked except for the van (which is Mrs. Laurie's- Callie's mom) and a random truck which turned out to be the photographer who was spending the night for a wedding the next day.  And I thought, "well this is strange that it's 7:30 at night and no one is here. I guess they are just at the church still.". I walked around the back to the kitchen to start helping the girls and LITERALLY said, "Y'all, I low key thought I was going to get proposed to tonight but I guess y'all really did just need my help". They all blew it off like "you're crazy".  So Callie then is all like "hey come help me flip the cottage because we are pretty much finished in here"...

Meet my Fiance! 

We walk outside to the cottage and I swear I never thought for a minute what could be coming. She opens the door and J.T. is standing inside this little living room that is filled with flowers, balloons and candles. SO FREAKING ADORABLE OKAY. I asked him if this was really happening and if this was real life because I was so shocked. I mean shaking like a nervous puppy shocked. The next moments were a blur because I was ugly crying and trying to wrap my head around the fact that my sweet boyfriend was now my FIANCE. Uhhh what?! Of course I said yes because he's my lobster and when we walked out of the cottage my family along with his family, mom's best friend and then of course Callie, Kenzie and Mrs. Laurie were all standing there waiting to congratulate us. Y'all. I have never felt so loved and cared for in my entire life. I mean really. What a feeling! Katy, the sweet photographer even came outside to snap a few pictures of us. She had no clue either and even mentioned seeing a random man outside when she pulled up and Mrs. Laurie was like oh that's just the electrician. I didn't even think twice about it. 

I mean how freaking adorable is this!  

Peep the GoPro because they always do the most and I freaking love them for it. 

Afterwards, we went inside took a million pictures (for you to view below duh), drank delicious champagne and ate appetizers! Easily the best day of my life thus far. Time to get planning!
